OSU Football Recruit Roundup Canceled

STILLWATER – Due to anticipated inclement weather, the 12th-annual OSU Football Recruit Roundup, originally scheduled for Wednesday at the Payne Country Expo Center, has been canceled, the OSU Athletic Department announced today.
“The recruiting roundup is a popular event,” said associate athletic director Kevin Klintworth. “We met several times and weighed various options that we hoped would provide a quality evening for our fans, but after taking into consideration the anticipated affects of the weather, as well as the men's basketball game with Missouri at 8 p.m., we felt our available options would greatly limit the experience.”
Fans interested in learning about the 2011 Cowboy football recruiting class can read the about OSU's signees on www.okstate.com following the national signing period.
The men's basketball game against Missouri, Wednesday at 8 p.m., will still be played as scheduled. Those attending are encouraged to be cautious traveling to and from Gallagher-Iba Arena.
