STILLWATER, Okla. - Sunday's wrestling dual between Oklahoma State and Iowa will be televised on a tape-delay basis by ESPNU at 4:30 p.m. Central time that same day. Todd Harris, Tim Johnson, Jeff Blatnick and Quint Kessenich will handle the announcing duties.
The Cowboys will look to snap Iowa's 69-match win streak in duals that goes back to OSU's 19-14 win in Iowa City in 2008. A win over the Hawkeyes would be nothing new for Oklahoma State, as the Pokes have won nine of their last 11 dual match meetings with Iowa.
Sunday's dual features a returning NCAA champion in Iowa 125-pounder Matt McDonough and a pair of strong NCAA title candidates in Oklahoma State 133-pounder Jordan Oliver and Cowboy 197-pounder Clayton Foster.
The rich traditions of both programs has been well-documented over the years, as the two have combined to produce 57 NCAA team titles (34 for OSU, 23 for Iowa), 211 NCAA individual champions (133 for OSU, 78 for Iowa), 708 All-Americans (422 for OSU and 286 for Iowa) and 57 Olympic wrestlers (40 for OSU, 17 for Iowa).
