On the individual side, the Cowboys have produced the medalist each of the past two years as well with Peter Uihlein finishing first in 2009. Morgan Hoffmann shared medalist honors with Tennessee's Robin Wingardh in 2008. Charles Howell was the first Cowboy to win The Preview, finishing first in 1998. Pablo Martin captured back-to-back titles in 2004 and 2005.
This weekend marks the second time OSU has hosted The Preview with 2002 being the first. Overall, the home of Cowboy Golf has hosted five Division I men's tournaments with the last being the 2009 NCAA South Central Regional.
The Cowboy lineup will feature senior Kevin Tway and juniors Morgan Hoffmann and Uihlein. Uihlein earned his first win of the year in OSU's season debut at the Olympia Fields/Fighting Illini Invitational.
