NORMAN, Okla. - Oklahoma State's Cowboy track team sent four runners to the Sooner Invitational on Saturday with Brad McNiff leading the Cowboys with a second-place finish in the 1,500 meters.
McNiff clocked a time of 4:00.84 in the race, finishing just .26 of a second behind the first-place finisher.
Freshman Klaus Schmidt also suited up in the 1,500 meters, notching a time of 4:14.61.
In the 800 meters, freshman Mark Nelson finished in 15th place with a time of 2:01.99.
