Cowgirls Take Care Of Bronchos, 7-0

OKLAHOMA CITY - The Oklahoma State women's tennis team, after two weeks of rest, beat Central Oklahoma Saturday, as the Cowgirls won every match to win 7-0.
"It was good to be back on the court after two weeks," coach Chris Young said. "Tonight we improved in several areas and we are looking forward to the challenge of facing a nationally ranked team in Utah on Monday."
The Cowgirls took control of the match early and never looked back, winning the doubles matches by a combined score of 24-5.
Oklahoma State continued its dominating performance in singles play, as the Cowgirls never lost a set.
After Alisa Buslaieva, Nataliya Shatkovskaya, and Sasha Belova won at position No. 1, 2, and 3, respectively, and the outcome of the match was decided, Sarah Meghoufel, Malika Rose, and Alexandra Cristello won pro-style sets at position No. 4, 5, and 6, respectively, to make the score, 7-0.
Oklahoma State, now 2-1 in 2010, resumes play on Monday when it takes on Utah in Tulsa, Okla.
