Weeden a Big 12 Player of the Week Again

IRVING, Texas - Oklahoma State quarterback Brandon Weeden earned his second Big 12 Player of the Week award of the year for his record-setting performance against Baylor, the Big 12 announced today.
Weeden, a junior from Edmond, Okla., set school records for single-game passing yards (435), completions (34) and season completions (229) in OSU's 55-28 win over the 22nd-ranked Bears Saturday. He finished 34-of-42 for 435 yards and three touchdowns, including 5-, 62-, and 20-yard scoring tosses.
For the season, Weeden has passed for 2,982 yards with 26 touchdowns and nine interceptions. He is completing 67.2 percent of his passes.
Oklahoma State now has six Big 12 Player of the Week awards in 2010, including four offensive, a defensive and a special teams honor.
