Oklahoma State moves to 10-1 on the year with the win, clinching at least a share of its first Big 12 south title.

It is also the first time in school history OSU has recorded 10 wins in the regular season.

Brandon Weeden finished with 389 total yards, setting a new school record for single-season total offense with 3,708. Zac Robinson held the previous record with 3,671 in 2007. Weeden set the school-record for single-season passing yards in last week's win at Texas.

Justin Blackmon's 43-yard catch in the first quarter was OSU's 14th-passing play of at least 40 yards this season.

Blackmon recorded 130 receiving yards and a touchdown catch, increasing his school record for most consecutive 100-yard receiving games with a TD grab to 10. The NCAA record is 11.

Joseph Randle's first-quarter TD run was the second TD run was the second rushing score and third total touchdown of his career.

Dan Bailey extended his all-time school scoring record to 347. He had two field goals and six extra points against Kansas.

Josh Cooper's 21-yard touchdown catch in the second quarter was his fourth TD grab of the year and the fifth of his career.

OSU's 15-play, 96-yard field goal drive in the second quarter was the Cowboys' longest scoring drive in terms of yards and time this year. It was also the most plays in an OSU drive this year.

With the exception of the final drive (OSU rushed once to close out the half), Oklahoma State scored on every possession of the first half.

Chris Donaldson's field goal block in the third quarter was the first field goal block for Oklahoma State since Jermiah Price blocked a field goal at Oklahoma Nov. 28, 2009.

With that block, Oklahoma State has kept opponents from scoring on 10 of 11 second-half opening drives.

On special teams this year, OSU has blocked a field goal, blocked a punt, returned a punt for a touchdown, returned a blocked punt for a touchdown and returned a kickoff for a touchdown.

Jeremy Smith's third quarter touchdown run was the sixth rushing score of his career and his fifth of the year.

Michael Harrison's punt block and return for a touchdown was the second punt block and punt block returned for a TD for the Cowboys this year.

It was also the sixth non-offensive TD and the fourth special teams TD of the year for OSU.

With Kendall Hunter's 105 rushing yards, he now has nine 100-yard rushing games this season and 20 for his career. He ranks third in 100-yard games behind Thurman Thomas (21) and Terry Miller (26).

Hunter also improved his career rushing yards total to 4,094. That total ranks as the fourth-most in school history and 220 yards behind David Thompson in third.

OSU held Kansas to 14 plays for 6 yards in third quarter.

Weeden's 389 passing yards mark his seventh career game with at least 300 passing yards, with all of those games coming this season.

Tracy Moore's fourth quarter TD catch was his first TD grab this season and the fourth of his career.

Oklahoma State recorded at least 500 yards of total offense for the eighth time this year.

Serving as captain for today' game were quarterback Brandon Weeden, fullback Bryant Ward and and cornerback Brodrick Brown.
