2011 Football Schedule Announced

STILLWATER – A non-conference visit from Arizona, a road trip to Tulsa and a second straight Bedlam home game highlight Oklahoma State's 2011 football schedule.
The Cowboys will play six home games and six road games. The road trips include visits to Texas and Texas Tech for a second straight season as the new 10-team conference schedule begins play.
OSU will open the season Sept. 3 when it hosts Louisiana-Lafayette with Arizona of the Pac-12 Conference in town the following week. The Wildcats have not visited Stillwater since 1941.
On Sept. 17, the Cowboys will play at Tulsa for the first time since the 2000 season.
OSU will once again open Big 12 play against Texas A&M when the Cowboys visit College Station on Sept. 24. Following an open week, the Cowboys host Kansas on Oct. 8 before road games at Texas and at Missouri.
Baylor visits Stillwater for a second straight year when the Bears come to town on Oct. 29. That game will serve as the 2011 Homecoming contest. Kansas State is at OSU the following week on Nov. 5.
The last two road games of the season are Nov. 12 at Texas Tech and No. 19 at Iowa State.
When Oklahoma visits Oklahoma State on Nov. 26, it will mark the first time the Cowboys have hosted Bedlam in consecutive seasons since 1968 and 1969.
