Oklahoma State Post-Game Notes vs. Rice

:: With the win, Oklahoma State improved to 16-5 in non-conference play under head coach Mike Gundy.
:: OSU is now 3-0-1 all-time against Rice. Tonight's was the first meeting between the two teams since 1923.
:: Tonight's attendance of 51,803 marked the third-largest single-game crowd in OSU history. In its first three games of 2009, OSU has had the largest, third-largest and ninth-largest crowds in its history.
:: Serving as Oklahoma State captains for tonight's game were running back Keith Toston, safety Lucien Antoine and defensive end Darius Hart.
:: With two touchdown passes against the Owls, senior quarterback Zac Robinson now owns the OSU school record for career TD passes with 56. Robinson supplanted Josh Fields, who tossed 55 touchdowns from 2001-03.
:: Junior wide receiver Dez Bryant moved into 11th place on OSU's career scoring chart with 194 career points. He needs just three more points to move into the top 10.
:: Zac Robinson and Dez Bryant have connected on more touchdown passes than any other active quarterback-receiver tandem in the nation. They hooked up for two scores today, bringing their total to 29.
:: Bryant surpassed 100 receiving yards for the ninth time in his career with his 161-yard effort against the Owls. It is the fifth-most receiving yards he has had in a game during his time in Stillwater.
:: Senior linebacker Donald Booker's 51-yard fumble return for a touchdown was the first time OSU has returned a fumble for a score since Nov. 11, 2006, when Donovan Woods achieved the feat against Baylor.
:: Booker also led OSU with a career-high 10 tackles, besting his previous best of eight set last week against Houston.
:: Senior Lucien Antoine also had a career high with eight tackles. He had seven in the season opener vs. Georgia.
:: OSU's seven tackles for loss was a season high, topping their four against Georgia in the season opener. Sophomore defensive end Richetti Jones led the Cowboys with two tackles behind the line of scrimmage against Rice.
:: Redshirt freshman punter Quinn Sharp had punts of 50 and 61 yards tonight, giving him six punts of 50 or more yards this season. Of his 12 punts this season, six have been downed inside the opponent's 20-yard line.
:: Senior Keith Toston led OSU with 75 yards rushing. It was the most yards on the ground for Toston since his 114-yard effort vs. Troy on Sept. 27, 2008.
