Blumbaha Wraps Up Competition at NCAA Championships

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Oklahoma State senior Baiba Blumbaha finished her competition at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships Friday, leaping to a 23rd-place finish in the women's triple jump with a mark of 12.57 meters.
Blumbaha's competition at the NCAA Championships ends her career at Oklahoma State, where she holds the school triple jump record at 13.02 meters.
Oklahoma State continues competition at the NCAA Championships at 9:45 p.m., when senior Ryan Vail runs in the 5,000-meter final at 9:45 p.m. Vail advanced to the final after finishing the semifinal heat Wednesday in 14:02.67.
