2008 Outdoors: Ran the sprints and competed in the long jump during the outdoor season, setting season-best marks of 12.83 in the 100 meters (Tulsa Invitational), 26.27 in the 200 meters (John Jacobs Invitational) and 4.97 meters in the long jump (Tulsa Invitational).
2008 Indoors: Suited up for the Cowgirls in four events during the indoor season, focusing primarily on the 200 meters ... Her 27.15 at the Sooner Invitational set a season best ... Also ran a 27.76 at the Holiday Inn Invitational ... Ran the 60 meters at the Sooner Invitational, clocking in at 8.34.
2007 Cross Country: Ran a pair of cross country races as a freshman, finishing the two-mile Hurricane Cross Country Festival in 14:49 and completing the 5,000-meter Friends Invitational in 24:42.
High School: Attended Katy HS in Katy, Texas, where she was coached by Coach Bauer ... Named Most Valuable Player of the cross country and track and field squads and was recognized as the best overall on the track team ... Also played basketball, volleyball, soccer and swam for Katy HS ... Participated in student council and theater.
