Sarac managed to place in the top 10 of the heptathlon by earning 4,803 points in the seven events.
In the first four events, which were held on Wednesday, Sarac earned 2,919 points after recording season best marks in each event, placing 12th in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.93, 17th in the high jump with a leap of 1.51 meters, 3rd in the shot put with a toss of 12.40 meters and 10th in 200-meter dash with a time of 26.57.
Sarac's second day of competition contained the final three events, the long jump, javelin throw and 800 meter run. After starting off the day with another season-best in the long jump, a mark of 5.57 meters, Sarac threw the javelin 30.63 meters and finished the 800 meters in 2:31.44, giving her sixth, 11th and 12th-place finishes, respectively. The results were enough for 1,884 more points and a 10th-place overall finish.
It was Sarac's first time to compete in the heptathlon this season.
The other Cowgirl competitor of the day was Tone Hjalmarsen, who ran in the 3,000-meter steeplechase but was unable to finish the race.
