2008-09: Went 9-5 on the year competing exclusively in open tournaments ... Highlight of the season was a third-place showing at the Oklahoma Open in Norman ... Also suited up for the Central Missouri Open and the Loper Open.
2007-08: Compiled a 7-8 record competing exclusively in open tournaments as a redshirt freshman ... Did not place in any of the tournaments in which he competed ... Won five out of seven matches during one stretch of the season.

High School: Attended three high schools in three different states, starting at Riverton HS in Utah, then moving on to Rio Rancho HS in New Mexico before finishing at Bishop Lynch HS in Texas ...
