HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered three years at Westmoore High School ... had a .464 batting average his senior season with eight home runs and 35 RBIs ... was named all-state and Louisville Slugger All-American in 2006... recruited out of high school by Stanford and Arkansas ... signed with Oklahoma State out of high school.
