2008: Pitched in eight games for the Cowboys with three starts ... picked up his first-career save against Gonzaga (2/23) with four scoreless innings of work in which he struck out three ... worked seven innings and struck out a career-high five to earn a win against UAPB (3/19).
2007: Appeared in six games, including one start ... recorded a career-high three strikeouts in his first-career start vs. Hartford (3/17) ... earned a win with 1.1 innings of relief work against Arkansas-Pine Bluff (4/18).
HIGH SCHOOL: Was 25-9 with four saves during his prep career ... also had a 2.46 ERA and recorded 204 strikeouts ... was a two-time all-conference pitcher ... led Union to back-to-back Class 6A state championships in 2005 and 2006 ... also recruited by Arkansas, Oral Roberts, Coastal Carolina and Missouri State.
