Cowgirl Soccer A-Z Guide
ACCESSING THE STADIUM Fans should enter the stadium through the gate on the east side of the field. This entrance is located next to the stands. Each individual is encouraged to hold their own ticket to assist in expediting the scanning process.
ADMISSIONS All persons, excluding children under the age of two (2), must have a ticket for admission into the Cowgirl Soccer Complex. Pistol Pete Partners are allowed entrance into the stadium with their Partner pass. Ticket holders are to abide by facility and university policies, as well as State and Federal laws. OSU reserves the right to revoke tickets by refund of purchase. All persons entering the stadium are subject to search.
ANIMALS No pets or animals of any kind are allowed in the stadium with the exception of service animals for impaired or disabled guests.
ANNOUNCEMENTS OR MESSAGES No announcement or message will be made over the public address system unless an emergency is present. Requests for emergency messages need to be presented to an OSU Police Officer, OSU Safety Officer, or Express Personnel Staff. Individuals not in attendance of the game can make these requests by contacting the OSUPD at (405-744-6523).
BAG SCREENING Appropriate sized bags and other permitted items will be checked prior to entering the stadium. Bags are limited in size so they can fit under the seat. Bags larger than 8” X 11” are not allowed in the stadium. Please leave all unnecessary items in your vehicle or at home. There are no provisions to check items at the gates. OSU will no be responsible for any item left at the gate. Patrons who refuse to allow visual inspection of bags or purses will be denied entry into the stadium. Please see the “Stadium Policies” section for items that are not permitted in the stadium.
BANNERS, FLAGS, OR SIGNS (SPIRIT) Any spirit banner, sign or flag considered to be improper (offensive, political, etc.) will be removed and confiscated by game management. The use of poles to hang spirit banners, signs, or flags is prohibited.
CAMERAS/VIDEO CAMERAS Point-and-shoot cameras are permitted for personal use. Any commercial photography is prohibited. Cameras with removable lens are permitted as long as they are not “professional camera equipment” or the removable lens does not create a disturbance or obstructs the view of other fans. Video cameras are not allowed in the stadium.
CONDUCT Oklahoma State University promotes the Big 12 Conference Code of Sportsmanship and encourages fans to treat visitors, players, coaches and officials in accordance to these guidelines.
EMERGENCY MEDICAL PROCEDURES Medical and safety personnel are assigned to the stadium. For assistance in any medical emergency, please contact an usher, OSU Police or OSU Safety personnel. It is extremely important that the exact location of the medical emergency is given so medical personnel know where the emergency is occurring.
EVACUATION In the event of an emergency, stadium staff will utilize the public address system to inform patrons of the situation and any instructions. In the unlikely event of an evacuation, please remain calm, assist others and follow the instructions of game day event staff.
FIELD ACCESS Spectators are reminded they are prohibited from entering the playing field unless they are properly credentialed or accompanied by an authorized staff member. Violators are subject to arrest.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE Patrons may not bring outside food or beverages inside the stadium. Concessions stands are located in the stadium.
GATES OPEN The gates to the OSU Soccer Complex will open 1 hour prior to the game starting.
LOST AND FOUND PROCEDURES All items that have been turned over to stadium personnel, police, or safety will be given to the OSU Police Department. Individuals who have lost items during the game should contact event staff personnel. Any other lost and found questions should be directed to the OSU Police Department at 405-744-6527 during working hours (8:00 a.m. Â 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday).
LOST CHILDREN Parents/guardians with a lost child should contact an event staff person, police or safety officer to notify them their child is missing. Measures will be taken to locate the child. If a child gets separated from his/her party, he/she should notify the nearest police or safety officer or event staff member. If the child knows his/her seat location, attempts will be made to return that child to that location. Parents should pre-determine a location in the stadium to meet their children if you get separated.
NOISEMAKERS Big 12 Conference and NCAA rules prohibit artificial noisemakers from being brought into the stadium.

PARKING There is no Posse Parking for soccer games. The parking lot is first come first serve.
PISTOL PETE'S PARTNERS Pistol Pete's Partners get free admission to OSU baseball, softball, soccer, wrestling and women's basketball. Annual membership for children in the eighth grade and younger is only $35.00. The cost for each additional family member is $15.00. Members receive a T-shirt, I.D. card, Pistol Pete picture and invitations to special “members only” parties. Members also receive free admission to the Cowboy football game vs. Troy on September 27. RSVP will be required by September 9. Sign up your child by calling OSU Athletic Marketing at 405/744-3067.
ORANGE REWARDS PROGRAM The Orange Rewards Program is a program to show your support to Cowboy and Cowgirl sports. You can make a difference at home athletic events by wearing orange and cheering for the Cowboys and Cowgirls. For each game you attend, excluding men's basketball, get your card stamped/scanned and earn free merchandise. Please visit www.okstate.com/rewards for more details on the Orange Rewards Program
RE-ENTRY Re-entry into the stadium is possible only by obtaining a hand stamp from the gate attendant prior to leaving the stadium. Both a valid game ticket stub AND a valid hand stamp are required for re-entry. Stadium policies and procedures will still be followed for re-entry.
SECURITY You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into the stadium. By tending your ticket and entering the stadium, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against Oklahoma State University. If you elect not to consent to a search, you will not be allowed into the stadium. Please consult the “Stadium Policies” for items not allowed in the stadium.
Suspicious activity, disruptive patrons and guest related problems should be reported to an usher or police officer immediately. Uncooperative patrons showing disregard for other patrons, the stadium, or the teams may be ejected from the facility. Intoxicated fans will not be allowed into the stadium. An ejected patron will not be allowed to return for the remainder of the game. Re-entry by and ejected person is grounds for arrest.
STADIUM POLICIES
- All persons, excluding children under the age of 2, must have a ticket for admission
- All persons are subject to search.
- Allowable bags (8x11) brought into the stadium will be searched.
- No tobacco products are allowed on university property.
- No pets or animals of any kind are allowed in the stadium with the exception of service animals for impaired or disabled guests.
- No chairbacks or seat cushions are allowed in the stadium.
- Spirit banners, flags or signs considered to be improper will be removed and confiscated by game management. The use of poles to display these items is prohibited.
- The following items are not permitted in OSU Soccer Complex: umbrellas, alcoholic beverages, car seats, artificial noisemakers, beach balls, explosives, firearms, food, beverage, ice chests, backpacks, video cameras, large lens cameras, tripods and monopods.
THROWING OF ITEMS The throwing of any items is prohibited, and may result in eviction and/or prosecution. If you observe an individual throwing any items, immediately alert event staff or a police officer who will handle the situation.
TICKET OFFICE HOURS The OSU Athletic Ticket Office, located in the NE corner of the OSU Athletic Center, is open Monday-Friday (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). The ticket office will open at the soccer complex one (1) hour before the start of the game and will close at half time.
TOBACCO PRODUCTS Effective July 1, 2008, Oklahoma State University is designated as a tobacco-free campus.
