2008 Outdoors: All-Big 12 selection after running a 4:37.86 in the 1500 meters at the Big 12 Championships to place seventh ... That mark was not even close to her season-best mark of 4:29.13 that she clocked at the Peyton Jordan Cardinal Invitational ... Ran a 4:38.01 at the John Jacobs Invitational ... Competed in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Mt. SAC Relays, running a 10:48.90 to place fifth.
2008 Indoors: Competed in a pair of indoor events, running the 1,000 meters in 2:59.03 at the Sooner Invitational and finishing the 3,000 meters in 10:22.71 at the Big 12 Championships.
2007 Cross Country: Did not compete.
Prior To OSU: Attended Severodonetsk HS No. 5 in Severodonetsk, Ukraine, where she was coached by Coach Chibisov ... Winner of the 2006 Ukrainian junior national championships in the 3000 meters, setting a junior national record in the event with a 10:18.17 ... Winner and prize-winner at the indoor and outdoor junior and all Ukrainian Championships in 2004, 2005 and 2006 ... Also competed in volleyball.
