Made the conversion from receiver to safety in the spring and was impressive throughout April and has a chance to earn a starting spot in the fall.
2006: Saw action in every game and caught four passes covering 92 yards in his final year as a receiver ... His 23-yard average per reception was best among all Cowboys ... Had a 43-yard catch at Arkansas State and a 39-yard grab at Houston ... Caught two passes against the Cougars ... Also had a 10-yard reception in the win over Nebraska.
2005: Had an impact as a true freshman ... Played in all 11 games, starting eight, and finished with 16 catches for 238 yards ... Caught three balls for 63 yards against Missouri and had two catches for 28 yards against Oklahoma ... Had two receptions against Texas, and had a 36-yard reception against Texas A&M.
