OSU Holds Two Tuesday Practices
August 13, 2008 | Cowboy Football
The Oklahoma State football team worked out twice on Tuesday as fall camp continues to trek toward the Aug. 30 season opener at Washington State.
The Cowboys had a “shell” workout (shoulder pads and helmets) during the morning session before donning full pads for the afternoon workout. Both practices took place in Boone Pickens Stadium.
“We had a good practice,” head coach Mike Gundy said following the evening workout. “It was a little warm on the turf, so it was good and Coach (Rob) Glass ran them a considerable amount, which was good.”
Oklahoma State will practice once on Wednesday and then conduct its final “two-a-day” session on Thursday. Camp will conclude over the weekend as OSU will begin the fall semester on Monday.
