Thomas, Pickens To Be Honored By National Football Foundation

STILLWATER, Okla. Â Thurman Thomas and T. Boone Pickens will be among those honored at the National Football Foundation's 2008 Awards Dinner on Tuesday, Dec. 9, at The Waldorf-Astoria hotel in New York City.
Thomas, one of the top running backs in Oklahoma State history, will be among the inductees into the College Football Hall Of Fame's Class Of 2008, while Pickens, an OSU alumnus and philanthropist, is the 2008 NFF Distinguished American Award recipient.
The press conference for the 2008 NFF Annual Awards Dinner, including the induction of this year's College Football Hall of Fame Class, will be televised live by CBS College Sports Network. Live coverage will be from 8:30-10:30 a.m. (CST).
CBS College Sports Network will also provide live streaming video of the press conference, which will be available for free to all fans. The event is available online at www.sportsline.com/cbscollegesports/.
