Pacific LIfe Holiday Bowl vs. Oregon

• OSU is now 12-7 all-time in bowl games, including a 1-1 mark in the Holiday Bowl. The Cowboys are 2-1 in bowl games under head coach Mike Gundy.
• Serving as team captains for the Cowboys in today's game were punter Matt Fodge, linebacker Andre Sexton and tight end Brandon Pettigrew.
• Dan Bailey's 45-yard field goal in the first quarter was a career long, besting his previous best of 44 yards earlier this season against Oklahoma.
• Bailey's field goal ended OSU's first drive and marked the ninth time this season the Cowboys have scored on their first offensive drive of the game.
• Patrick Lavine recorded his first solo sack of the season and his first since his freshman season in 2006.
• When OSU forced a punt on Oregon's first offensive possession, it marked the 12th time this season the Cowboys have kept their opponent off the scoreboard on its initial drive.
• Junior quarterback Zac Robinson set OSU's career total offense record with his 383 yards against Oregon. Robinson has racked up 7,786 total yards, breaking the previous record of 7,749 by OSU head coach Mike Gundy.
• Robinson also has 6,233 career passing yards to rank second on OSU's all-time list.
• With 3,064 passing yards this season, Robinson ranks second on the Cowboys' single-season passing list. Robinson and Josh Fields are the only OSU quarterbacks to surpass 3,000 passing yards in a season.
• Robinson's 329 passing yards against the Ducks marks the fifth 300-yard passing effort of his career.
• The 329-yard passing effort by Robinson is also an OSU bowl game record, topping the 315-yard performance by Mike Gundy in the 1988 Holiday Bowl.
• Robinson also has thrown for 631 yards in bowl games, an OSU record.
• Sophomore wide receiver Dez Bryant now has 2,101 career receiving yards to rank sixth on OSU's all-time list. He is just the sixth Cowboy receiver to top the 2,000 yard receiving mark in a career.
• With 130 catches, Bryant ranks fourth on OSU's all-time list.
• Bryant finished the season with 87 receptions, the second-highest single-season total in OSU history.
• Bryant's 167 receiving yards against the Ducks marks his sixth 100-yard receiving game of the season and the eighth of his career.
• Bryant finished with a career-high 13 receptions, which set a pair of records. The 13 catches broke the Holiday Bowl record of 11, previously held by David Mills of BYU (1984) and Roy Williams of Texas (2001). It also marked a high for an OSU receiver in a bowl game, besting the 11 grabs by Rashaun Woods in the 2004 Cotton Bowl.
• Bryant's effort also marked just the second time in his career he has had 10 or more catches in a game. He had 11 grabs earlier this season against Baylor.
• Bryant is now OSU's career leader in bowl game receptions with 22, breaking Hart Lee Dykes' mark of 21.
• Senior tight end Brandon Pettigrew finishes his career in the top 10 on OSU's career receiving list with 1,450 yards, which ranks ninth all-time.
• Sophomore tailback Kendall Hunter rushed for 1,555 yards this season, the sixth-highest single-season total in school history.
• Hunter also had 16 rushing touchdowns in 2008, tying him with Tatum Bell (2003) for the fourth-best single-season total in Cowboy history.
• Hunter scored a touchdown in the final six games of the 2008 season.
• OSU's 99-yard scoring drive in the first quarter was its second 99-yard drive of the season (vs. Troy) and its third scoring drive of 90 or more yards this season (also had 92-yard drive vs. Iowa State).
• Robinson's 33-yard scoring pass to Bryant was the sixth scoring pass of over 30 yards from Robinson to Bryant this season.
• Perrish Cox' 43-yard kickoff return in the first quarter was his eighth kickoff return of 30-or-more yards this season.
• Dan Bailey's miss of a 43-yard field goal attempt in the second quarter snapped his string of 10-straight made field goals dating back to the Missouri game earlier this season.
• Perrish Cox' blocked field goal in the second quarter marked OSU's first field goal block since the Missouri game (Orie Lemon). It was the Cowboys' fourth blocked kick of the season.
