Oklahoma State women's cross country coach Rene Sepulveda talks about the team's performance at the Big 12 Championships and the remainder of the season.

On the Big 12 Championships:
"We were not happy with a seventh-place finish. We should have finished at least fourth if we ran to our potential."

On what the team is doing now:
"Now we are trying to gain back confidence to prepare for the rest of the season."

On the young athletes:
"The freshmen are still doing well. Victoria Fratczak and Kristen Gillespie are still doing very well, but they need confidence at this tough level."

On who is leading the team:
"Mihaela Susa has stepped up and led by running consistently in the last few races."
