Coach's Update: Rene Sepulveda

Cowgirl cross country coach Rene Sepulveda gives an update on what the team hopes to accomplish at the NCAA Midwest regional.
On the team's goal for the NCAA Midwest regional:
"We would really like to finish in the top five teams. We want to run much better than we raced at the Big 12 Championships."
On how the athletes feel about competing in the regional:
"The girls are getting really excited to compete in the regional, although Natalia has not been feeling well and we hope she can run on Saturday."
On what it means to race on the team's home course:
"It is very special to us, especially since we run so seldom at home."
On the benefits of running at your home course:
"Yes, it's a big benefit. The girls feel more comfortable running on our home course, and not having to traveling and staying on their routine is much better."
