ADMISSIONS
All persons, including children of any age, must have a ticket for admission into the OSU Athletics Center for men's basketball. Ticket holders are restricted to seating in the location that appears on their ticket and agree to abide by facility and University policies, as well as State and Federal laws. OSU reserves the right to revoke tickets by refund of purchase. Children 2 and under do not need a ticket for women's basketball and wrestling. All persons entering the arena are subject to search.
ANIMALS
No pets or animals of any kind are allowed in Gallagher-Iba Arena with the exception of service animals for impaired or disabled guests.
ANNOUNCEMENTS OR MESSAGES
No announcement or message will be made over the public address system unless an emergency is present. Requests for emergency messages need to be presented to an OSU Police Officer, OSU Safety Officer, or Express Personnel Staff. Individuals not in attendance of the game can make these requests by contacting the OSUPD at 405/744-6523.
ARENA FLOOR
Spectators are reminded they are strictly prohibited from rushing onto the court. Violators are subject to arrest.
ARENA POLICIES
- All persons, including children of any age, must have a ticket for admission into the Athletics Center for men's basketball. Children 2 and under do not need a ticket for women's basketball and wrestling.
- All persons are subject to search.
- Allowable bags must be smaller than 8x11 and are subject to search.
- No pets or animals of any kind are allowed in the arena with the exception of service animal for impaired or disabled guests.
- Inappropriate spirit banners, flags, or signs will be removed and confiscated by game management. The use of poles to display these items is prohibited.
- Patrons will not be allowed to reenter the facility once they have exited the arena.
- OSU is a tobacco free campus
- No soliciting allowed in arena
- The following items are prohibited in Gallagher-Iba Arena: alcoholic beverages, Â car seats, baby strollers, artificial noisemakers, beach balls, explosives, firearms, food, beverage, ice chests, backpacks, umbrellas, video cameras, cameras with removable lens longer than 3 inches, flash photography, tripods, and monopods.
ATHLETIC CENTER Â DOORS OPEN
The Athletics Center is open 1 hour prior to start of men's basketball, women's basketball and wrestling.
ATM MACHINE
An ATM machine is located in Gallagher-Iba Arena in the east lobby across from the escalators.
BAG SCREENING
Appropriate sized bags and other permitted items will be checked prior to entering the arena. Bags are limited in size so they can fit under the seat. Bags larger than 8” x 11” are not allowed in the arena. Please leave all unnecessary items in your vehicle or at home. There are no provisions to check items at the doors. OSU will not be responsible for any item left at the doors. Patrons who refuse to allow visual inspections of bags or purses will be denied entry to the arena. Please see the “Arena Policies” section for items that are not permitted in the stadium.
BANNERS, FLAGS OR SIGNS (SPIRIT)
Any spirit banner, sign, or flag considered to be improper (offensive, political, etc.) will be removed and confiscated by game management. The use of poles to hang spirit banners, signs, or flags is prohibited.
CAMERAS
Point-and-shoot cameras are permitted for personal use. Any commercial photography is prohibited. Removable lens are permitted as long as they do not exceed 3 inches. Flash photography and video cameras are prohibited.
CONCESSIONS
Concession stands are located throughout Gallagher-Iba Arena (plaza and concourse levels). These concession stands will open at the same time patrons are allowed to enter the arena.
CONDUCT
Oklahoma State University promotes the Big 12 Conference Code of Sportsmanship and encourages fans to treat visitors, players, coaches and officials in accordance with these guidelines.
ELEVATORS
The elevators located in the northwest and southwest lobbies are for the general public to access the concourse level of the arena. The elevator located on the west side of the Athletics Center is for people accessing the suite level and the 4th floor. Access to this elevator requires a proper game credential or suite ticket.
ESCALATORS
The escalators are located in the middle of the east plaza. They are open to the general public to reach the concourse level.Â
EVACUATION
In the event of an emergency, arena staff will utilize the public address system to inform patrons of the situation and any instructions. In the unlikely event of an evacuation, please remain calm, assist others and follow the instructions of the game day event staff.
FAMILY RESTROOMS
Family restrooms are located at the north and south end of Gallagher-Iba Arena (concourse level).
FIRST AID ROOMS
The First Aid Room is located on the south end of the concourse (Room # 316).
For assistance in any medical emergency, individuals need to contact an usher, OSU Safety Officer or an OSU Police Officer. It is extremely important that the exact location of the medical emergency is given so medical personnel know exactly where the emergency is located.
FLOOR SEATING
Individuals who have floor seating need to be aware of the potential danger of being injured by players on the floor. Please pay attention to the game activity while the basketball is in play. Improper behavior or abusive language toward visiting team members or game officials may result in being removed from the arena.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Patrons may not bring outside food or beverages inside the arena. Concession stands are located throughout the arena and offer a variety of food and beverages.

LOST AND FOUND PROCEDURES
The lost and found is located in the OSU Police Command Post (Room # 336) on the concourse level. All items that have been turned over to arena personnel, police, or safety will be taken to the OSU Police Command Post. Items not picked up by the end of the game will be turned over to the OSU Police Department. Individuals who have lost items need to contact the OSU Police Department during working hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday) at 405/744-6527. Oklahoma State University is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
LOST CHILDREN
Parents/guardians with a lost child should contact an event staff person, police or safety officer to notify them their child is missing. Measures will be taken to locate the child. If a child gets separated from his/her party, he/she should notify the nearest police or safety officer or event staff member. If the child knows his/her seat location, attempts will be made to return that child to that location. Parents should pre-determine an area both inside and outside the arena to meet in the event they get separated.
NOISEMAKERS
Big 12 Conference and NCAA rules prohibit artificial noisemakers from being brought into the stadium.
ORANGE REWARDS PROGRAM
The Orange Rewards Program is a program to show your support to Cowboy and Cowgirl sports. You can make a difference at home athletic events by wearing orange and cheering for the Cowboys and Cowgirls. For each game you attend (excluding men's basketball) get your card stamped/scanned and earn free merchandise. Orange Rewards tables will be located in the lobbies of Gallagher-Iba Arena for wrestling and women's basketball.

PARKING CREDENTIALS
Appropriate POSSE parking credentials must be displayed to gain admittance into POSSE parking lots. Parking credentials need to be hung on the rear view mirror of the vehicle while it is parked in the designated lot. Anyone parking in a designated POSSE parking lot without a valid parking credential could have their vehicle towed at the owner's expense.
PARKING -GENERAL PARKING LOTS
All lots not included in the controlled POSSE areas or otherwise controlled under the authorization of the OSUPD shall be open for general parking unless otherwise controlled
or restricted by OSU Parking Services.
PARKING-HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE PARKING
To qualify for handicap parking, you must display a valid state handicap parking permit. Handicap parking is on a first come, first serve basis. You must present your state-issued handicap parking permit upon entering the lot. The holder of the permit must be in the vehicle upon entry. A shuttle service (men's basketball only) will be available to assist patrons from Lot 15 to the arena beginning 1 ½ hours prior to the start of the game. This shuttle service will be available for the entire game. The shuttles will load and unload at the same locations.
PARKING-LOT LOCATION AND HOURS
Maps are provided to season ticket holders and are posted on the POSSE website at the beginning of each season showing the latest configuration. Due to construction on and around campus, lots are subject to change. Parking lots will open 1 ½ hours prior to start of the event for men's basketball and 1 hour prior to the start of the event for women's basketball and wrestling.
PARKING REPLACEMENT PASSES
Parking replacement passes can be obtained by calling the POSSE office at 405/744-7301. Replacement passes will take precedence over original passes. A $150.00 fee will be charged for each requested replacement pass. Payments must be received at the time of the request.
PISTOL PETE'S PARTNERS
Pistol Pete's Partners get free admission to OSU baseball, softball, soccer, wrestling and women's basketball. Annual membership for children eighth grade and younger is only $35.00 and the cost for each additional family member is $15.00. Members receive a T-shirt, I.D. card, Pistol Pete picture, newsletter, and invitations to special autograph parties. Sign up your child by calling OSU Athletic Marketing at 405/744-3067.

REENTRY
The Athletics Center has a no reentry policy.
SECURITY
You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into the arena. By tending your ticket and entering the arena, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against Oklahoma State University. If you elect not to consent to a search, you will not be allowed into the arena. Please consult the “Arena Policies” for items not allowed in the arena.
Suspicious activity, disruptive patrons and guest related problems should be reported to an usher or police officer immediately. Uncooperative patrons showing disregard for other patrons, the arena or the teams may be ejected from the facility. Intoxicated fans will not be allowed into the arena. An ejected patron will not be allowed to return for the remainder of the game. Reentry by an ejected person is grounds for arrest.
SMOKING
OSU is a tobacco free campus.
SPECIAL SEATING REQUIREMENTS
Fans requiring special seating, such as wheelchair and attendant seating need to contact the Ticket Office at 405/744-5745. All handicapped accessible seating is reserved and is located on the concourse for men's and women's basketball and wrestling. Patrons using these seats must have a ticket for these seats. When you arrive at the basketball game or wrestling match you will need to check in at room #356 (located next to the south entry of the O'Club Room) where you will be provided a wristband to identify you as eligible to be in the mobility area. If you or your attendant needs a chair, please inform the person at this room and he/she will assist you in getting your chair(s) to your seating area. If you give your tickets to someone who does not need the mobility locations, we will provide a new location for your guests. This exchange of locations can occur before the game by contacting the ticket office or at the game by your guests going to the ticket office before entering the arena.
THROWING OF ITEMS
Throwing of any items is prohibited, and may result in eviction and/or prosecution.
TICKET OFFICE
The OSU Athletic Department Ticket Office, located in the northeast corner of the OSU Athletics Center, is open Monday-Friday (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). The OSU Athletic Ticket Office also operates out of its game day locations, located at the north and south end of the Athletics Center, beginning two (2) hours prior to the start of the event for  men's and women's basketball and wrestling.
TICKET OFFICE Â WILL CALL
“Will Call' tickets are distributed from the main ticket office located on the North side of the Athletics Center. The person picking up the tickets must be authorized (listed) by the owner of the tickets and must present a photo ID in order to receive the tickets. “Will Call” tickets may be picked up from the main Ticket Office location in the OSU Athletics Center from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday). For weekend games the ticket office will open its north and south windows two (2) hours prior to the start of the event.
TICKET PROBLEMS
If patrons have ticket problems prior to game day, they need to go to the OSU Athletic Ticket Office located in the northeast corner of the OSU Athletics Center. If a ticket holder forgets or misplaces his/her ticket(s) on game day, the patron must go to the north ticket office windows and obtain a ticket replacement. Only the actual ticket holder may request the ticket replacement. The original ticket barcode will be deactivated and will not be valid for admission.
TICKET REPLACEMENTS
Replacements are available to season ticket holders and individual ticket holders in reserved seating areas for the following reasons:
           *Tickets are to be left for a friend
           * Tickets were never received in the mail
           * Tickets were lost or stolen
           * Tickets were accidentally destroyed
Request for replacements can be placed only by the ticket holder of record.
Replacements are issued solely at the discretion of the Ticket Office. Replacements take precedence over the original ticket(s). Anyone attempting to gain admittance to an event using original ticket(s) after a replacement has been issued will be escorted to the Ticket Office.
TICKET TRANSFERS
Transfers are at the discretion of the Athletic Department. Approval is considered by factors including, but not limited to, comparable giving history and case-by-case
circumstances. Minimum point requirements, if applicable, must be met by the prospective transferee before a request form may be submitted.Â
