2007: Appeared in four games for the Cowboys ... earned a win in relief in his Cowboy debut, pitching the final 2.2 innings against Illinois-Chicago (2/11) ... struck out three, allowed just one hit and did not surrender a run in the win .. got a pair of double-play groundouts to seal the victory.
2005-06: Went 8-3 with a 1.03 ERA during his sophomore season... finished his career at Connors with 122 strikeouts in 141.2 innings ... was 5-3 with a 0.82 ERA as a freshman ... also recruited by Arkansas and Coastal Carolina.
HIGH SCHOOL: Was a four-year letterman in baseball, football and basketball at Haskell High School ... three-year all-conference pick in baseball ... conference MVP and Green Country Pitcher of the Year as a senior ... led baseball team to four district championships and two conference titles.
