2007: Appeared in four games for the Cowboys ... earned a win in relief in his Cowboy debut, pitching the final 2.2 innings against Illinois-Chicago (2/11) ... struck out three, allowed just one hit and did not surrender a run in the win .. got a pair of double-play groundouts to seal the victory.
2005-06: Went 8-3 with a 1.03 ERA during his sophomore season... finished his career at Connors with 122 strikeouts in 141.2 innings ... was 5-3 with a 0.82 ERA as a freshman ... also recruited by Arkansas and Coastal Carolina.
HIGH SCHOOL: Was a four-year letterman in baseball, football and basketball at Haskell High School ... three-year all-conference pick in baseball ... conference MVP and Green Country Pitcher of the Year as a senior ... led baseball team to four district championships and two conference titles.
PERSONAL: Majoring in management ... son of Dean and Donna Neal ... born Oct. 7, 1985 ... has two sisters, Alyssa and Jalie ... favorite movie is Tombstone ... favorite athlete is Jamie Moyer ... favorite team is the St. Louis Cardinals ... favorite baseball memory is going to the JUCO World Series ... chose OSU because of the great tradition.
