Cowboys Hold Closed Scrimmage Saturday

The Oklahoma State football team will take the practice field at 5 p.m. Saturday for its first scrimmage of Fall Camp. The scrimmage is closed to the public.
The Cowboys open the season Sept. 1 at Georgia in one of only two week-one matchups in college football between two teams that won their respective bowl games in 2006. Oklahoma State was a 34-31 winner over Alabama in the Independence Bowl, with Georgia claiming a 31-24 win over Virginia Tech in the Chick-Fil-A Bowl.
