GENERAL INFORMATION
ATHLETIC DIRECTOR'S SUITE: The visiting athletic director's suite is located on the south side of Boone Pickens Stadium (suite level). There are elevators located at the west and east end of the stadium. You must have proper credentials/tickets to access this area. The suite number for the athletic director and his/her guests is S19. This room is located at the east end of the suite level and is a 14 person suite. Soda and water will be provided in your suite. There will also be a buffet located on the suite level, please feel free to enjoy this complimentary dinner with your guests. If you would like additional information concerning the buffet menu, please contact Andrew McGee with Cowboy Dining at 405/743-1194.
BENCH\WARM-UP AREA: The visitor's bench is on the north side of Boone Pickens Stadium. Your warm-up area will be at the west end of field. The long portion of your warm-up will be on the north sidelines. OSU does not provide sideline cooling/heating systems.
COACHES' BOOTH: The visiting coaches' booth is located on the seventh level (upper concourse) on the south side of Boone Pickens Stadium. The booth number is S701 B. Proper credentials are required to access this area. You will access the upper concourse elevators at the east end (south side) of the stadium.
CONSTRUCTION: Please be aware that our football stadium is currently under construction. We will contact appropriate individuals on your staff to inform them of pertinent information. We apologize for any inconveniences that may be created for you and your team.
CREDENTIALS: All visiting team credentials should be coordinated with Oklahoma State's Media Relation Office (parking, sideline passes, press box passes, game tickets for the athletic director's suite and film crew). Credentials will be sent overnight, or your advance person may pick them up before your team arrives. Coaches and support staff are required to wear appropriate credentials for the field, press box, and photo deck. Please contact Media Relations at 405/744-7714.
ENTRANCE INTO STADIUM: Buses will park and unload in the southeast corner of the football stadium (Knoblock Street). Team personnel will enter the locker room through the southwest entry of the OSU Athletics Center. OSU personnel will be there to assist with your entry into this area. Please have one of your staff available to identify all team members (players, coaches, support staff) entering the locker room area.
EQUIPMENT TRUCK: Your equipment truck will be parked directly south of the Athletics Center in the Loading Dock lot. You will enter this lot off of Knoblock Street. The driver of the truck will be asked to back the truck into this lot. The equipment truck may remain parked in this location during your stay. If you will be flying into Stillwater and need an equipment truck, please contact Wes Edwards, OSU equipment manager, at 405/744-6781 so he can help you make arrangements. OSU student managers will be available to help unload your equipment truck at the stadium.
FIELD PHONES: The visiting team bench area will be provided with 12 dry pair available on 6 RJ-14 (2 pairs/jack). Please notify the phone contact one week before the game date if bare copper pairs are required. Also notify the phone contact if any separate ring down phone(s) is needed. LOCKER ROOM: The visitor's locker room is located in the southwest corner of the OSU Athletics Center (east end of Boone Pickens Stadium). This locker room has 66 lockers for the players and 22 lockers for the coaches/support staff. The training room is located across the hall from the locker rooms.
OKLAHOMA STATE UNIFORMS: Oklahoma State will wear orange jerseys with white numbers and black trim, white pants and white helmets for home games.
OKLAHOMA STATE GAME BALL: Oklahoma State will use the Nike 3005 as its game ball.
OKLAHOMA STATE FRIDAY NIGHT HOUSING: Oklahoma State will headquarter its team at the Atherton Hotel (OSU Student Union Hotel  405/744-6835) the night prior to the game. Contact Rob Hunt (405/714-4856) at the Atherton Hotel.
OKLAHOMA STATE PRACTICE: Oklahoma State will hold its Friday workouts at Boone Pickens Stadium from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Lights are available for a Friday night practice. Please contact Jimmy Gonzales at 405/744-8153 to make your practice arrangements.
PARKING: The parking location for team buses and the equipment truck will be on the south side of the OSU Athletics Center. This area can park a maximum of four (4) team charter buses. This parking will be limited to team buses and buses carrying VIP's who came on your airplane charter. All bus drivers will be given a credential to the game and will be required to stay in a designated area. Please contact Athletic Facilities ahead of time to request the number of credentials needed at 405/744-5741. These credentials will only be issued to drivers of team bus charters.
If you will be having a post game snack delivered to your locker room, you must provide them with a parking pass to enter the lot where your buses are located. Please have a team representative meet the delivery person at gate located in the southeast corner of the football stadium. Please request the parking permit from Marty Sargent. If additional parking spaces are required for rental cars, etc., please contact Media Relations at 405/744-7714. There are very limited parking spaces for these vehicles.
PHOTO DECK: The photo deck is located on the seventh level (upper concourse) on the south side of Boone Pickens Stadium. The end zone photo deck is located on the 3rd level (concourse) of the OSU Athletic Center. Proper credentials will be required to access these areas.
PLAYERS' GUEST GATE: The visiting players' guest gate is located at the northeast corner of Boone Pickens Stadium at gate 12-N. Visiting team's personnel will handle its own player's pass gate. The gates to the stadium will be opened two (2) hours prior to kick-off.
POLICE ESCORT: The OSU and Stillwater Police will be escorting the visiting team to and from the stadium. The escort should be confined to team buses and buses carrying VIP's who came on your airplane charter. The police escort will not run red lights or speed, so please allow sufficient travel time. Please contact OSU Police Chief Michael Robinson at 405/744-6523 or Stillwater Police Captain Randy Dickerson at 405/742-8287 to make these arrangements.
PRESS BOX (Working Media): The press box is located on the suite level on the south side of the stadium. The room number is S602. You must have proper credentials to access the press box. The press box elevator is located in the east end (south side) of the stadium.
RADIO BOOTH: The visiting radio booth is located on the seventh level (upper concourse) on the south side of Boone Pickens Stadium. The booth number is S701 A. Please contact Media Relations at 405/744-7714 for credentials. The upper concourse elevator is located in the east end (south side) of the stadium.
SECURITY: Personnel from the OSU Police Department and OSU Athletic Department will meet with the travel coordinator or a designated person to review security procedures for the stadium. This meeting will be take place at the stadium the day before the game. If you will be traveling with armed security, please have these individuals contact Mike Robinson, OSU Police Chief, at 405/744-6528.

STADIUM POLICIES:
- All persons, including children of any age, must have a ticket for admission into Boone Pickens Stadium.
- All persons are subject to search.
- Allowable bags (8x11) brought into the stadium will be searched.
- No pets or animals of any kinds are allowed in the stadium with the exception of service animals for impaired or disabled guests.
- Spirit banners, flags, or signs considered to be improper will be removed and confiscated by game management. The use of poles to display these items is prohibited.
- The following items are not permitted in Boone Pickens Stadium: umbrellas, tobacco products, alcoholic beverages, car seats, baby strollers, artificial noisemakers, beach balls, explosives, firearms, food, beverage, ice chests, backpacks, video cameras, large lens cameras, tripods, and monopods.

STILLWATER AIRPORT: The Stillwater Airport is approximately 10 minutes from the Boone Pickens Stadium. Please contact Gary Johnson (405/372-7881) at the Stillwater Airport for any additional information.

“WILL CALL” GATE: The visiting team's “will call” gate is located at the northeast corner of Boone Pickens Stadium at gate 12-N. Visiting team's personnel will handle its own “will call”. Please contact our Athletic Ticket Office (405/744-3332) for additional information.
MEDICAL INFORMATION
There will be one certified athletic trainer and one student athletic trainer (host athletic trainers) assigned to your bench for your assistance. They will report to your locker room on Friday afternoon prior to your workout. If you do not plan on working out, they will report to your locker room three (3) hours before kick-off.
Your athletic training room will be set up across the hallway from your locker room (room number 157). This athletic training room will be equipped with treatment/taping tables, biohazard bags, hydrocollator and pads, ice bags, and cups. If you have any additional needs, please contact the host certified athletic trainer.
Ice will be provided for you both on the field and in your locker room. We will provide as many 50-pound bags as you feel are necessary. Please contact the head athletic trainer for additional information.
Our team physicians are available three (3) hours prior to kick-off. Please do not hesitate to contact your host athletic trainer if you need to consult with a physician.
There is an ambulance on standby at Boone Pickens Stadium. This ambulance is available during and after the game until our team physician dismisses it from service.
Our X-ray facility (MiniView 6800 Mobile Imaging System) is located in our athletic training room and will be available anytime during your stay in Stillwater. Please contact your host athletic trainer and they will make the necessary arrangements.

VISITING BAND AND SPIRIT GROUPS
BAND: Seating will be located in middle section L on the northwest side of Boone Pickens Stadium. Specific location for seating will be assigned by the visitors from the visitor's ticket allotment. Band Directors need to contact the Spirit of OSU Band Director at 405/744-6135 for additional information.
MASCOT: Will be admitted by costume/uniform and must remain in front of their university's main ticket allotment.
LIVE MASCOTS: Will be handled on an individual basis. Live animals of considerable size will not be permitted due to safety concerns and limited space. Please contact 405/744-3067 for more information.
SPIRIT GROUP: Will be admitted onto Boone Pickens Stadium in uniform along with sponsor(s). Sponsor(s) must have a sideline pass to be admitted onto the field. Spirit groups must stay in front of their university's main ticket allotment. Please call 405/744-3067 for additional information.
SPIRIT GROUP “12” RULE: The Spirit Group is only allowed to have 12 Spirit Group members, a mascot, and a sponsor on the field at any point in time. Spirit Group is defined as any combination of the university's cheerleaders and/or pom poms and/or dancers totaling no more than 12 individuals. The band is not allowed to have any members on the field except during the half time performance and a few minutes before the half.
ON-FIELD POLICIES (BOONE PICKENS STADIUM)
Spirit groups will be permitted to lead their team onto the field prior to kick-off and prior to the start of the second half. Spirit groups must return to their corner of the field in front of their main ticket allotment after leading the team onto the field.
Visiting bands are permitted to perform at pre-game or half-time (time permitting). Please call at least one (1) month in advance of the game if your band wants to perform at the game. Entrance onto the field will be through the west ramp of the field, however due to construction near this entrance the exact access will not be confirmed until a few days prior to arrival. Big 12 Conference rules will be followed concerning length of performances for pre-game and half-time. Please call 405/744-3067 for additional information.
All mechanical or spirit devices must be pre-approved. Please call 405/744-3067 for additional information.
No auxiliary or non-affiliated department spirit group(s) will be allowed onto the game field without prior approval. Please contact 405/744-3067 for additional information.
Please be aware that the south side is also the home team side.
Questions regarding Spirit Groups and Mascots for pre-game, half-time, or post-game activities (including credentials and parking requirements) need to be directed to the OSU Athletic Spirit Office at 405/744-8039.
