Cowboys Will Travel To Louisville For Super Regional

STILLWATER, Okla. Â The NCAA announced Monday night that Oklahoma State will open Super Regional play against Louisville on Friday at Jim Patterson Stadium in Louisville, Ky. Game times have not yet been announced.
OSU is 41-19 and swept through the NCAA Fayetteville Regional with two wins over No. 7 national seed Arkansas and a victory over Creighton to earn its first regional championship since 1999.
“We're excited about playing in a Super Regional and excited to continue our season in Louisville,” said OSU head coach Frank Anderson.
Louisville earned a Super Regional berth by winning the NCAA Columbia Regional. The Cardinals defeated host and top-seeded Missouri by a 16-6 margin on Monday and are 44-21 on the season.
Jim Patterson Stadium opened on April 15, 2005. The stadium seats 2,500, including 1,500 chair-back seats and a grass berm in left field. The playing surface is Field Turf, which covers the entire field with the exception of the pitcher's mound and home plate.
