STILLWATER, Okla. Â Oklahoma State dropped its final game of the regular season Sunday as Missouri completed a series sweep with a 7-4 win at Allie P. Reynolds Stadium.

Missouri's win clinched second place in the conference for the 17th-ranked Tigers, who improved to 39-14 overall and 19-8 in league play.
OSU is the No. 3 seed in this week's Phillips 66 Big 12 Baseball Championship at the AT&T Bricktown Ballpark in Oklahoma City and will be in Pool 2 of the tourney. The Cowboys will open tourney play Wednesday against sixth-seeded Baylor at 8 p.m. They will play No. 7-seed Oklahoma Friday at 7:30 p.m. and second-seeded Missouri on Saturday at 5 p.m. Sunday's championship game is set for 1 p.m.
The Cowboys fell behind early on Saturday as MU leadoff hitter Evan Frey walked to lead off the game, then stole second and advanced to third on a throwing error by OSU catcher Ryan Pittman. Frey would eventually score on an RBI groundout by Aaron Senne to give the Tigers a 1-0 lead.
OSU responded in its first at bat, getting an RBI single from Tyler Mach and a sacrifice fly by Rebel Ridling to take a 2-1 advantage.
But OSU freshman Andrew Oliver could not hold the lead. The southpaw struggled with his control and lasted just 1.1 innings, giving up three earned runs and four walks.
In the second inning, Oliver again walked the Tigers' leadoff hitter, and he would eventually score on a sacrifice fly. Mizzou regained the lead when OSU reliever Martin Beno walked Brock Bond with the bases loaded.
The Cowboys tied the game in the fourth. Matt Mangini led off the frame with a double, and a double by Ryan Pittman put Cowboys on second and third. Mangini then scored on a sacrifice fly by Keanon Simon to knot the score at 3-3.
The game stayed tied until the sixth when a pair of costly errors by the Cowboys led to a four-run rally for Missouri.
A single by MU's Kyle Mach plated the first run in the pivotal inning, and John McKee made the score 5-3 when he scored on an error by OSU pitcher Justin Friend. Bond's second RBI of the game came on a single, and when Ty Wright misplayed the ball in left field, it allowed another Tiger run to score and make it 7-3.
The game's final run came in the bottom of the sixth on an RBI single by Pittman.
Mach led OSU with a 3-for-4 day at the plate, while Ptak and Pittman each had two hits for the Cowboys. Wright finished 1-for-5 and extended his hitting streak to 31 games.
Beno suffered the loss for OSU to fall to 1-2 on the season, while Mizzou's Ian Berger upped his record to 5-1 with a six-inning, five-strikeout performance. Greg Folgia pitched a scoreless ninth for his second save.
