2006: Downs did not see action during both track seasons.

2005: Downs saw limited action during the indoor and outdoor season ... had an eighth-place finish in the 3,000-meter run at the J.D. Martin Invitational ... ran a time of 19:30.57 in the 5,000-meter run at the Jayhawk Invitational.

High School: Jenna Rae ran cross country and track and field all four years for the Pioneers ... was the cross country captain her senior year ... also competed in swimming.

Personal: Born June 8, 1984 ... majoring in secondary education-mathematics ... enjoys nature walks, cooking, reading and spending time with her family ... has one brother, Travis (21) ... is the daughter of Dale and Annette Downs.
