2006 Indoor: Slavikova earned an NCAA provisional qualifying mark in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 9:28 at the ISU Classic, where she placed third ... contributed eight points to OSU's team score at the Big 12 Championships with a second-place finish in the 3,000-meter run ... was also part of the fourth-place finishing distance medley relay team that earned the Cowgirls five team points ... had an impressive third-place finish in the 1,000-meter run at the Adidas Classic with a personal best time of 2:57.
2006 Outdoor: Slavikova was impressive on and off the track as she was named to the Academic All-Big 12 team ... finished 12th in the 5,000-meter run at the Midwest Regional Championships ... ran a season best time of 4:40 to finish sixth in the 1,500-meter run at the TCU Invitational ... also claimed a fifth-place finish in the event at the Tulsa Duels.
Before OSU Slavikova was the 2004 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference champion ... honored with the 2004 Female Outstanding Performer Award ... won four other meets; the Cappy Anderson Invitational, Towson Invitational, ACC Pre-Meet and the Norfolk State Invitational ... placed fourth at the 2003 MEAC Cross Country Championships.
High School: Slavikova was the Czech national junior champion in the 1500-meter and the 3,000-meter runs ... she also competed on her high school volleyball team.
