Cowboys Fall At No. 10 Oklahoma

OSU tailback Dantrell Savage racked up 108 yards and had touchdowns rushing and receiving, but it was not enough as the Cowboys fell to 6-6 overall and 4-4 in Big 12 Conference play.
Allen Patrick rushed for 202 yards and two touchdowns, and Sam Bradford threw four touchdown passes for the Sooners, who improved to 10-2 overall and clinched the Big 12 South championship with a 6-2 mark.
OU led 28-10 at the half after racking up 263 yards of offense, including 194 yards on the ground. The Cowboys' lone touchdown came on a 16-yard touchdown catch by Savage in the opening quarter.
The Cowboys cut into OU's lead late in the third quarter as Savage scored from six yards out to make the score 28-17. But the Sooners answered with a 59-yard scoring drive capped by a 12-yard touchdown pass from Bradford to Joe Jon Finley that pushed OU's lead back to 18.
The Sooners added two more scores in the fourth quarter, getting a touchdown run from Patrick and another scoring pass from Bradford.
