OSU Soccer Enters National Polls

Oklahoma State's soccer team was nationally ranked for the first time this season when it debuted at No. 22 in the Soccer America Top 25 this week.

Oklahoma State also entered at No. 21 in the Soccer Times Coaches' Poll. The Cowgirls were previously receiving votes by Soccer Times. The Soccer Times Poll is voted on by selected head coaches from around the country.

OSU improved to eighth in the Central Region and is receiving votes for Soccer Buzz's National Top 30.

OSU is coming off a weekend with victories over regionally ranked Kansas and Colorado, who was previously ranked as high as No. 11 nationally.

Oklahoma State is traveling to College Station, Texas this week for a game against the 13th-ranked Texas A&M Aggies on Wednesday at 7 p.m. The game is being tape delayed by the Fox Soccer Channel and will air later that night at 10:30 p.m.

OSU then travels to Austin to face the 16th-ranked Texas Longhorns on Friday at 7 p.m.
