Cowboy Recruiting Class Ranked 10th By Collegiate Baseball

Oklahoma State's 2006 recruiting class has been ranked as the 10th best in the country by Collegiate Baseball, it was announced today.
The Cowboys' class consists of 16 players — 10 from the high school ranks, five from junior college programs and a Division I transfer. Ten of the newcomers are pitchers, and four of the recruits were selected in June's Major League Baseball draft.
“We feel like it's the best class we've had,” said fourth-year head coach Frank Anderson. “It's heavy in pitching, which we really needed, and the quality of freshmen is really high.”
OSU is one of six Big 12 Conference programs whose incoming class is ranked among the top 40 in the country.
