Cowgirl Track and Field to Hold Tryouts

Oklahoma State assistant track and field coach John Baumann will hold an open tryout for female students who have a desire to compete in throwing events. The tryout will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 6 at 3 p.m. at the Droke Track and Field Complex.

"This is for former high school or junior college athletes who have any inspiration of competing in track and field," Baumann said.

All students wishing to try out must see Rod Johnson in the OSU compliance office in the Athletics Center, and Jeremy Wojtecki in the athletic training room. No player will be allowed to tryout until she has signed all the necessary paperwork.
