2005: Shyrock competed in one event in her first season at Oklahoma State ... finished 47th at the two-mile Hurricane Cross Country Festival in a time of 15:18.

2004: Shyrock was not a part of the Cowgirls squad during the cross country season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Shyrock was a cross country state qualifier her senior year ... she placed in the state diving meet her sophomore and junior years ... she was named Student Athlete of the Week ... she lettered three years in diving, one year in track and one year in cross country ... she also played on the high school softball team.

PERSONAL: Born July 21, 1985 ... she enjoys horseback riding, rugby, singing, hanging out with friends, church and lifting weights ... her favorite professional football team is the Indianapolis Colts ... her favorite movies are Friday Night Lights, A Walk to Remember and Moulin Rouge ... she is a biochemistry major ... she has one sister, Jennifer (23) ... she is the daughter of Alan and Paula Shryock.
