2005: Mariacher's redshirt season at Oklahoma State after transferring to OSU from Erie Community College in New York. Junior College: Kyle played defensive end for two years at Erie Community College in New York. His sophomore season in 2004, he was credited with 34 total tackles, including seven behind the line of scrimmage of which 3-1/2 were quarterback sacks. He also had a pass deflection and a forced fumble. Kyle played in all games both his freshman and sophomore season for the Kats. High School: Kyle started his sophomore, junior and senior seasons at defensive end, tight end and deep snapper for Iroquois High School in Elma, N.Y. He also participated in wrestling, finishing second at the 2002 Section VI Wrestling Championships at 171 pounds, leading Iroquois to the team title. Personal: Born Sept. 23, 1984, Kyle is the son of David and Sue Mariacher. He is majoring in management at Oklahoma State.
