2005: Neal's redshirt freshman year at Oklahoma State. 2004: Neal enrolled at Oklahoma State in the fall of 2004 but was not a member of the football team following five years in the military and one semester at El Paso Community College. High School: Neal was an all-star candidate according to the Houston Chronicle as a defensive back his senior season in 1998. Personal: Born Aug. 17, 1980, Julius is the son of Dana Neal. He is married and his wife's name is LaToya. Julius is majoring in sociology at Oklahoma State.
