High School: Neal was an all-star candidate according to the Houston Chronicle as a defensive back his senior season in 1998. Personal: Born Aug. 17, 1980, Julius is the son of Dana Neal. He is married and his wife's name is LaToya. Julius is majoring in sociology at Oklahoma State.
