2005: Botek did not see any game action as a redshirt freshman. 2004: He redshirted his true freshman season at Oklahoma State. High School: Blake was named all-conference, all-area and All-State his senior season, as well as being a member of the all-area Dream Team . His junior year, Blake was named all-conference, all-area and honorable mention All-State. Blake threw the shot and discus in high school, and finished fourth in the state of Michigan in the shot put. He was also recruited by Michigan, Notre Dame and Wisconsin. Personal: Born Aug. 29, 1985, Blake is the son of Jody Murray. He has a sister, Tricia. Blake enjoys playing video games and cards in his spare time. He is majoring in business management at Oklahoma State.
