Cowboys Advance Five Wrestlers to Semifinals

Nathan Morgan became OSU's first semi-finalist scoring a couple of early takedowns before defeating
Zack Esposito is making a case for Outstanding Wrestler honors earning his third fall of the tournament. Esposito put sixth-seeded Jon Masa of Hofstra on his back and pinned him in
Johny Hendricks advanced after defeating unseeded Daniel Thompson of The Citadel. Thompson pinned Lehigh's Troy Letters in the second round, but Hendricks proved to be too strong as he won by a decision, 9-6. Hendricks will face undefeated Muzaffar Abdurakmanov in the semifinals.
Fourth-seeded Jake Rosholt was the only wrestler seeded in the top four to advance to the semifinals at 197. Rosholt scored the only takedown in his match with fifth-seeded Joel Flaggert of
Steve Mocco was the fifth Cowboy to advance after he defeated
Coleman Scott continues to make his way through the consolation bracket winning two more matches. Scott recorded a technical fall over Obenson Blanc of Lock Haven before defeating Michael Silengo of
