Cowboy Golf Finishes Second At UHH Intercollegiate

The Cowboys came in 14 shots behind Georgia Tech, which carded a 27-under team score of 825. OSU finished one shot clear of third-place Southern California.
Individually, Cowboy sophomore Pablo Martin fired his second consecutive 70 to finish alone in third place with a 9-under total of 204. The Malaga, Spain native finished two shots behind medalist Cameron Tringale, who carded a final round 70 to come in at 202.
Redshirt freshman Jonathan Moore moved into a tie for 14th place after posting a 68 to end play with a 2-under total of 211.
A pair of OSU players, Tyler and Trent Leon, finished in a group of six players tied for 17th place at 212. Tyler, a junior, matched Moore for the squad's low round of the day with a 68, while Trent, a freshman, posted his second consecutive 72 to get to his number.
Senior Zack Robinson tied for 35th place after a 72 on Friday brought his total to 4-over 217.
The Cowboys will return to action on Feb. 26 when they travel to San Juan, Puerto Rico to take part in the Puerto Rico Classic.
