Cowboys Visit Local Children's Hospitals

SHREVEPORT, La. (OSU Athletics <>) — Oklahoma State's football team had Tuesday afternoon off and several members of the team spent the afternoon visiting local area children's hospital.
Approximately 40 players split into two groups and visited the Christus Schumpert Sutton's children hospital and the Louisiana State University Health Science Center's children's hospital on Thursday.
The players spent the afternoon meeting and playing with sick children. The players also signed autographs and posed for pictures with the kids. They also turned several of the local kids into Oklahoma State fans by handing out mini Oklahoma State football and stickers.

The Cowboys will face Alabama at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday in the 2006 PetroSun Independence Bowl.
