Billy Bajema, TE - San Francisco
Bajema, who is in his second NFL season, played but did not record any stats in San Francisco's loss to the Packers. Bajema has started three games in 2006 and has recorded one tackle on special teams.
Tatum Bell, RB - Denver
Bell, the Broncos' starting tailback, recorded his second-straight 100-yard rushing effort as he piled up 116 yards on 17 carries in a 48-20 loss to the Chargers. Bell also tied for the team-high with four catches for 15 yards. The game marked Bell's fifth 100-yard rushing game this season. He has rushed for 898 yards and two touchdowns in 2006 and also has 19 catches for 76 yards.
Keith Burns, LB - Denver
A 13-year NFL veteran and special teams standout, Burns played but did not record any stats in the Broncos' loss to San Diego. Burns has eight tackles on special teams this season and has racked up 230 special teams stops in his career. He has led the Broncos in special teams tackles in seven of his 10 seasons in Denver. He has also forced seven fumbles and recovered five fumbles on special teams during his career.
Charlie Johnson, OT - Indianapolis
Johnson, a rookie who was drafted by the Colts in the sixth round, played at right tackle in Indy's 44-17 loss to the Jaguars. Johnson has played in every Colts' game this season, including starting once.
Vernand Morency, RB - Green Bay
Morency, a second-year pro, had seven carries for 69 yards and a catch for one yard in Green Bay's 30-19 win over the 49ers. He also returned four kickoffs for 90 yards and had a tackle on special teams. Morency is the Packers' second-leading rusher in 2006 with 326 yards on 71 carries. He also has 16 catches for 112 yards and is the Packers' leading kick returner with 541 yards on 24 kickoff returns (22.5 average).
R.W. McQuarters, CB - New York Giants
McQuarters, who is in his ninth NFL season, started at corner and recorded five tackles and two passes defensed in the Giants' 27-13 win over the Panthers. For the season, he has 40 tackles and two interceptions, one of which he returned for a touchdown.
Antonio Smith, DE - Arizona
A defensive end for the Cardinals, Smith earned his fifth start of the season and recorded four tackles, a sack and two quarterback hurries in a 27-21 win over Seattle. Smith has 19 tackles, 2.5 sacks and a fumble recovery in 2006.
Juqua Thomas, DE - Philadelphia
A sixth-year pro, Thomas had five tackles, a sack and a quarterback hurry in the Eagles' 21-19 win over Washington. Thomas has 20 tackles and a career- high four sacks in 2006.
Jamie Thompson, S - New York Jets
Thompson was signed by the Jets as a rookie free agent earlier this year and had been on the their practice squad before earning a roster spot last week. Thompson played in a Week 14 loss to the Bills but did not record any stats.
Darrent Williams, CB - Denver
A starter at cornerback for the Broncos, Williams recorded five tackles, a sack and a quarterback hurry in Denver's loss to San Diego. In his second pro season, Williams has 78 tackles, three interceptions, 10 passes defensed and two fumble recoveries. He is Denver's leading punt returner with 123 yards on 20 returns.
Jamal Williams, DT - San Diego
Williams, a nine-year NFL veteran, is a starter at defensive tackle for the Chargers and had three tackles in San Diego's win over the Broncos. Williams has recorded 52 tackles and two sacks on the season for the Chargers, who at 11-2 have the league's best record and have clinched the AFC West title.
Kevin Williams, DT - Minnesota
A Pro Bowl selection in 2004 and a starter for the Vikings, Williams had a quarterback hurry and a fumble recovery in Minnesota's 30-20 win over the Lions. Williams has 29 tackles on the season and leads the Vikings with five sacks. He also has a fumble recovery for a touchdown.
