OSU Students, Faculty and Staff Receive Independence Bowl Tickets

STILLWATER, Okla.— Oklahoma State students, faculty and staff were the beneficiaries of complimentary tickets to the PetroSun Independence Bowl on Monday. The free tickets were made available Monday morning, and several hundred OSU fans were already in line when the box office windows opened at Boone Pickens Stadium at 8 a.m. The cost of the free tickets was underwritten by a local anonymous donor to OSU Athletics.

The Cowboys will play the Alabama Crimson Tide in the Dec. 28 bowl game in Shreveport, La. Kickoff is set for 3:30 pm.
