Billy Bajema, TE - San Francisco
Bajema, who is in his second NFL season, played but did not record any stats in San Francisco's 9-3 win over Minnesota. Bajema has started three games in 2006 and has recorded one tackle on special teams.
Tatum Bell, RB - Denver
Bell, the Broncos' starting tailback, has a toe injury and was not active for Denver's win over the Steelers. Bell, who has three 100-yard rushing games this season, ranks 13th in the NFL in rushing with 612 yards in 2006. He has rushed for two touchdowns and also has 13 catches for 55 yards.
Keith Burns, LB - Denver
A 13-year NFL veteran and special teams standout, Burns had a tackle and a forced fumble on special teams in Denver's 31-20 win over Pittsburgh. Burns has five tackles on special teams this season and has racked up 227 special teams stops in his career. He has led the Broncos in special teams tackles in seven of his 10 seasons in Denver. He has also forced seven fumbles and recovered five fumbles on special teams during his career.
Charlie Johnson, OT - Indianapolis
Johnson, a rookie who was drafted by the Colts in the sixth round, came off the bench and played at tackle as Indy improved to 8-0 with a 27-20 win over New England. He has played in a reserve role in every Colts' game this season.
Vernand Morency, RB - Green Bay
Morency, a second-year pro, has a back injury and was not active for the Packers' game against Buffalo. In Week 8, he came off the bench and recorded the first 100-yard rushing game of his career as he racked up 101 yards on just 11 carries in a Green Bay win.
R.W. McQuarters, CB - New York Giants
McQuarters, who is in his ninth NFL season, started at corner and had five tackles and two passes defensed in the Giants' 14-10 win over Houston. For the season, he has 18 tackles and two interceptions, one of which he returned for a touchdown.
Antonio Smith, DE - Arizona
A defensive end for the Cardinals, Smith has started two games in 2006 and has eight tackles, a sack and a fumble recovery. Arizona had a bye in Week 9.
Juqua Thomas, DE - Philadelphia
A sixth-year pro, Thomas has recorded 10 tackles and three sacks (one shy of his career high) in 2006. The Eagles had a bye in Week 9.
Darrent Williams, CB - Denver
A starter at cornerback for the Broncos, Williams had nine tackles, including one on special teams, and recovered two fumbles in Denver's 31-20 win over Pittsburgh. He also had a punt return for 10 yards. In his second pro season, Williams has 50 tackles and also has an interception and seven passes defensed. He is Denver's leading punt returner with 120 yards on 16 returns.
Jamal Williams, DT - San Diego
Williams, a nine-year NFL veteran, is a starter at defensive tackle for the Chargers and had six tackles in San Diego's 32-25 win over Cleveland. Williams has recorded 33 tackles and two sacks on the season.
Kevin Williams, DT - Minnesota
A Pro Bowl selection in 2004 and a starter for the Vikings, Williams recorded three tackles, a sack, a quarterback hurry and a pass defensed in Minnesota's 9-3 loss to the 49ers. Williams has 25 tackles on the season and leads the Vikings with five sacks. He also has a fumble recovery for a touchdown.
