Boone Pickens Stadium
Oklahoma State's 66 points were its second most in the modern era, behind only a 70-point effort against Southern Illinois on Sept. 29, 1973. The Cowboys' previous high in a conference game was 63, which they last reached against Baylor on Nov. 23, 2002.
OSU's 38 first-half points were its second most in a half since the Kansas game earlier this season when the Cowboys scored 42. Entering the game, the Cowboys had totaled just 32 first-half points in Big 12 Conference play this season.
With 127 yards of offense against the Bears, Bobby Reid moved into fourth place on OSU's single-season total offense chart. The sophomore quarterback has accounted for 2,195 yards of offense this season.
Senior D'Juan Woods extended his streak of consecutive games with a catch to 31.
With 116 yards on 13 carries, Dantrell Savage topped the 100-yard rushing mark for the third time this season.
Junior defensive end Nathan Peterson's eighth sack of the season moved him into the top 10 on OSU's career chart. Peterson has 14.5 career sacks, which ties him with Jevon Langford for 10th all-time. Peterson's eight sacks on the season ranks second on the squad in 2006.
With touchdowns by Darnell Smith, Donovan Woods and Zac Robinson, 19 different Cowboys have reached the end zone this season.
Senior defensive end Darnell Smith recorded his first career interception and touchdown in the third quarter.
Sophomore tight end Brandon Pettigrew had a career-best two touchdown catches.
OSU had just five interceptions during the 2005 season, but the Cowboys have picked off nine passes this season. Seven different players have interceptions, with Martel Van Zant and Perrish Cox leading the team with two apiece.
With a pair of defensive touchdowns against Baylor (Smith INT return, Don. Woods fumble return), the Cowboy defense has now scored four touchdowns in 2006 (three fumble returns, INT return).
OSU's six forced turnovers were its most since forcing seven against Baylor on Nov. 18, 2000.
The Cowboys' three interceptions were their most since recording three against Kansas on Nov. 15, 2003.
Sophomore fullback John Johnson and freshman quarterback Zac Robinson both scored the first rushing touchdowns of their careers in the fourth quarter.
Freshman cornerback Perrish Cox recorded a career-high seven tackles and became the seventh different Cowboy to lead the team in tackles this season.
