Fourth-Ranked Cowgirls Run Away with Jamboree Title

Oklahoma State's fourth-ranked women's cross country team captured its second consecutive victory at the 70th-annual Cowboy Jamboree Saturday at the 5,000-meter OSU Cross Country Course.

“It's good to finally get back into competition,” Davies said. “The training we've gone through these past couple of weeks have paid off for a lot of us as the team was able to win.
“Overall, the course was in a lot better shape than it was in last year as the rainy and muddy conditions made last year's race more difficult.”
