2003-04:Played for two seasons at Connors State College ... was drafted in the 18th round of the 2003 draft by the Cleveland Indians.

HIGH SCHOOL:Was a three-year letterwinner at Moore High as an outfielder/pitcher ... was drafted in the 19th round by the Oakland A's after his senior year in 2002 ... he orginally signed with OSU out of high school before attending Connors State.

PERSONAL: An education major ... son of Mike and Susan Barnard ... born June 20, 1983 ... has two siblings, Sawyer and Aubrie Turner ... chose OSU because of the great baseball program.
