Cowboys Advance with 37-6 Win over Kent State

Oklahoma State advanced to the quarterfinals of the NWCA/Cliff Keen National Duals with a 37-6 victory over Kent State at the UNI Dome in Cedar Falls, Iowa.

The Cowboys improved to 7-0 on the season with the victory. The win tied John Smith with Tommy Chesbro for OSU's all-time winningest coach with 227 wins.

The Cowboys got falls from Johny Hendricks, Jake Rosholt and Steve Mocco to put the dual out of reach. Zack Esposito added a technical fall for good measure.

OSU will wrestle Arizona State who got a pin from Cain Velasquez in the final match to beat eighth-seeded Missouri, 24-21.
