2004 Prowse was named to the ESPN The Magazine's Second-Team Academic All-American team ... earned All-Big 12 after her performance at the Big 12 Cross Country Championships ... was a main contributor to the Cowgirls, after competing in five meets ... finished fourth at the Hurricane Festival with a time of 11:12 ... then ran a time of 21:48 at the Wildcat Invitational, to help the Cowgirls trot away with the team title ... placed ninth out West at the Triton Classic with a time of 22:58, where the Cowgirls took their third team title of the year ... finished 14th at the Big 12 Cross Country Championships ... competed at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships, where she finished 20th.
HIGH SCHOOL Michelle was the New Zealand secondary school senior girls champion in the 800-meter.
